Sententia Consulting Pty Ltd is seeking Internal Audit professionals from consultant through to senior manager level. The role offers permanent options with hybrid work arrangements, based in Canberra or Melbourne, with a flexible mix of office and remote work for government and public sector engagements.

Ideal candidates have accounting or finance backgrounds, with progress toward CA/CPA/CIA/CISA credentials, and strong understanding of controls, risk frameworks and audit methodologies.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting/finance required or desirable
• Certifications like CA, CPA, CIA, CISA desirable
• Understanding of internal controls, risk frameworks and audit methodologies

Responsibilities

• Involve across a range of audit engagements from planning to final sign-off
• Contribute to analysis, research, and report writing under senior guidance
• Support delivery of high-quality internal and IT audit engagements for public sector clients
