Job summary

IA, proudly Australian-owned, seeks a Senior Interior Designer to lead the development and delivery of high-quality design projects with a distinctive approach. You will oversee predesign, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and compliant outcomes.

You will mentor Interior Designers and Graduates while supporting various project phases across national studios and engaging clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of proven experience in commercial design.
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or an accepted alternative qualification.
• Experience leading projects and mentoring teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of design and project documentation from predesign to construction documentation.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and manage design delivery.
• Mentor Interior Designers and Graduates.
