You will collaborate with architects and multidisciplinary teams to translate briefs into memorable interior environments, focusing on materiality, finishes and spatial storytelling.

The role emphasizes leading teams through delivery, strong Revit coordination, and close collaboration with clients and vendors to meet project goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in interior design; postgraduate qualifications advantageous.
• Strong design capability with a clear narrative and point of view.
• Experience leading teams and packages through delivery.
• Experience delivering complex interior projects across sports, entertainment, hospitality or public environments.
• Strong Revit capability and design documentation coordination.
• Extensive knowledge of the Sydney market, suppliers and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead interior design concepts with APAC leadership and multidisciplinary teams.
• Interpret briefs and translate ideas into engaging interior environments.
• Lead interior design teams from conception to delivery.
• Explore materials, finishes, furniture, lighting and spatial experiences.
• Develop presentations and visual material to communicate ideas to clients.
• Coordinate interior documentation in Revit and ensure project standards.
