Job summary

Humanised Group is seeking a Technical Lead – Integrations for a large public sector digital transformation program in Queensland, Australia. You’ll own the integration architecture spanning legacy platforms, SAP SuccessFactors, Azure Fabric and downstream systems, and you’ll lead a small team of engineers while remaining hands-on in design and delivery.

The role requires extensive enterprise IT experience, strong API and security skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

15+ years in enterprise IT including advisory and leadership roles.
Hands-on experience leading integration teams delivering large-scale solutions.
Strong SAP knowledge, exposure to SAP SuccessFactors preferred.
Proven Azure experience (Azure Fabric) and modern cloud integrations.

Responsibilities

Lead hands-on design, build and delivery of integration solutions across legacy and modern platforms.
Mentor a small team of Integration Engineers/Developers, review designs and code.
Own end-to-end integration architecture and roadmap with Data Architect and SAP Architect.
Oversee API design, build and security across all touchpoints.
Support platform modernisation including transition and decommissioning of legacy patterns.
Design and implement integrations leveraging Azure Fabric and Datahub for reporting.
Establish and maintain integration standards and governance artefacts.
Communicate status, risks and issues to programme governance.
