You will explore AI capabilities and vendor APIs, push for scalable architectures, review PRs, and help simplify complex workflows. The role offers hybrid working arrangements and a path to impact the modern cloud and AI landscape

Qualifications

• Experience running complex engineering initiatives in an Agile environment.
• Expert-level experience with Java, caching, NoSQL databases, and cloud technologies (Google Cloud).
• Deep knowledge of microservices, event-driven architecture, and integration patterns.
• Strong on building scalable, maintainable, and performant orchestration across platforms.
• Ability to assess impact and risks for major design options while meeting functional and non-functional requirements.
• Working knowledge of containerisation, CI/CD, RESTful APIs, webhooks, and open-source tooling.
• Curious, forward-thinking approach with enthusiasm for AI to lift productivity across the team.
• Ability to drive architecture decisions across a platform and communicate them clearly.
