Job summary

People Connect ICT Solutions is seeking a Senior Integration Developer for a 3-year Federal Government engagement in Canberra and Sydney, with onsite work in Canberra/Sydney. The role focuses on building microservices and event-driven integration in cloud environments and AI-enabled engineering practices.

You will design, develop, test and support secure, scalable integration solutions, collaborating with architects and stakeholders while contributing to reusable patterns and capability uplift

Qualifications

• 5+ years in API-led & event-driven integration.
• OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT and Managed Identity experience.
• CI/CD, DevSecOps, automated testing and observability.
• Cloud-native integration and platform engineering.
• Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration.

People Connect is looking to connect with experienced Senior Integration Developer (API and Microservices) - (EL1 Level) for a 3-year Federal Government engagement in Canberra and Sydney .

What you’ll be working on

We’re looking for a Senior Integration Developer to work on a business application transformation program, helping establish Microservices and Event-Driven Architecture and modern AI-enabled engineering practices.

Key areas include:

• 5+ years in API-led & event-driven integration
• OAuth2 | OpenID Connect | JWT | Managed Identity
• CI/CD | DevSecOps | Automated Testing | Observability
• Cloud-native integration & platform engineering
• Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration

What you’ll be doing

Government / regulated enterprise experience is desirable.
