Job summary

LTM Australia is seeking an Integration Delivery Lead to own end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams and releases. You will lead delivery from planning and estimation through development, testing, deployment, stabilisation, and warranty support.

This role combines delivery leadership, integration knowledge, governance and Agile delivery with strong stakeholder engagement and financial awareness. You will collaborate with BA, Development, QA and vendor teams to ensure successful, secure

Qualifications

End-to-end technology delivery experience.
Strong stakeholder and delivery management.
Experience with Agile/SAFe using Jira/Jira Align/Confluence.
Understanding of APIs and REST API lifecycle.
Experience with capacity, resource and financial management.
Excellent communication and executive-level reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery from planning through build, testing, deployment and stabilisation.
Manage delivery plans, timelines, dependencies, RAID, scope and resources.
Forecast capacity, demand, delivery costs and resource requirements.
Coordinate across BA, Development, QA, Architecture and programme teams.
Provide clear delivery reporting and communicate risks, issues and decisions to senior stakeholders.
Ensure architecture, security, release and delivery governance requirements are met.
Coach delivery team members and work with internal teams and vendors.
