Job summary

LTM Australia is seeking an experienced Integration Delivery Lead to own end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams and releases. You will lead planning, estimation, development, testing, deployment, stabilization and warranty support in a complex enterprise environment.

You should have strong delivery leadership, integration knowledge, governance and Agile/SAFe experience, plus hands-on familiarity with Jira, Jira Align and Confluence.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end technology delivery across multiple streams.
• Strong stakeholder and delivery management capabilities.
• Proficient with Agile/SAFe using Jira, Jira Align and Confluence.
• Solid understanding of APIs, REST API lifecycle and integration delivery.
• Experience with capacity planning, resources and project finances.
• Excellent communication and executive-level reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery from planning and estimation through build, testing, deployment and stabilisation.
• Manage delivery plans, timelines, dependencies, RAID, scope and resources.
• Forecast capacity, demand, delivery costs and resource requirements.
• Coordinate across BA, Development, QA, Architecture and programme teams.
• Provide clear delivery reporting and communicate risks, issues and decisions to senior stakeholders.
• Ensure architecture, security, release and delivery governance requirements are met.
• Coach delivery team members and work with internal teams and external vendors.

Job Description - Delivery Lead

We are seeking an experienced Integration Delivery Lead to take ownership of end-to-end integration delivery across multiple workstreams and releases. The successful candidate will lead delivery from planning and estimation through development, testing, deployment, stabilisation, and warranty support.

This role requires a strong combination of delivery leadership, integration knowledge, financial awareness, governance, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery experience.
