Job summary

Public Sector People is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer for a six-month temporary engagement within the Corporate Services - Learning team. Reporting to the Director, People and Culture, you will design and deliver fit-for-purpose eLearning resources for the Queensland State Government.

Role includes 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with two days from home. Pay ranges from $68 to $83 per hour plus 12% super, with ASAP interview timeline.

Qualifications

• Design, develop, and maintain engaging e-learning using adult learning principles.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain and update eLearning programs and digital resources.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to translate content into learner-centered training solutions.
• Develop learning strategies and delivery methods including eLearning, blended, and workshops.
