Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in a senior technical consulting or infrastructure delivery role.
• Experience working within a System Integrator / IT Services environment.
• Strong hands-on experience delivering infrastructure and/or security solutions.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
• Experience supporting presales, solution estimation and technical documentation.
• The ability to work across multiple technology domains and lead technical delivery.

Senior Infrastructure Consultant – Microsoft Security & Datacentre

About the role

This is a hands-on senior delivery role, working directly with customers to implement and support technology solutions. You will be delivering complex infrastructure, Microsoft security and datacentre solutions for enterprise customers. While there is an element of solution design and pre-sales support, the focus is on hands-on technical delivery.

Key responsibilities

Deliver complex infrastructure, Microsoft security and datacentre projects

Work directly with customers to understand requirements and provide technical solutions

Support solution design, estimates, proposals and technical documentation

Act as the senior technical contact throughout project delivery

Manage technical risks, changes and delivery dependencies

Provide technical mentoring and guidance to junior consultants

Support presales activities and customer presentations where required

About you

5+ years' experience in a senior technical consulting or infrastructure delivery role

Experience working within a System Integrator / IT Services environment

Strong hands-on experience delivering infrastructure and/or security solutions

Datacentre Networking: Fibre Channel, Cisco MDS and enterprise datacentre infrastructure
