Job summary

Brennan in Australia is seeking an experienced Infrastructure & Operations Manager to lead Network, Server and Cloud services within a managed services engagement. The role requires credible technical leadership, ownership of service reliability, and proactive risk management across infrastructure towers.

You will guide teams, set standards, manage incidents and drive continual service improvement while engaging customer stakeholders to translate technical issues into business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in enterprise infrastructure, technology operations or managed services environments.
• Strong technical background across Network, Server, Cloud or related infrastructure technologies, with the ability to guide technical teams and assess operational risk.
• Demonstrated experience leading technical operations teams, managing incidents, problems, change and service improvement.
• Strong customer, stakeholder and governance capability, including clear communication of technical risk, service performance and improvement priorities.
• Ability to operate autonomously, manage competing priorities and drive outcomes rather than simply coordinate activity.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational leadership across Network, Server, Cloud and related infrastructure services with defined standards and proactive risk visibility.
• Provide technical leadership to guide teams, assess risks and ensure solutions are supportable and resilient.
• Improve service maturity through monitoring, patching, backup and recovery, and change quality.
• Drive continual service improvement with a visible plan, owners and measurable outcomes.
• Manage performance, incidents, risks and governance, ensuring SLA/OLA alignment and escalation as needed.
• Lead technical leads and engineers, translate technical issues to business impact, and engage with customers to drive outcomes.
