The successful candidate will lead capacity planning, right-sizing, and governance, with hands-on experience in VMware, OpenStack, OpenShift, Solaris, Linux, Windows Server, and monitoring

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ICT capacity management and infrastructure performance analysis experience.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise platforms and capacity planning.
• Knowledge of demand forecasting and 95th percentile capacity reporting.
• Ability to establish enterprise right-sizing frameworks and governance processes.
• Experience supporting automation, monitoring, and self-healing in large ICT environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure right-sizing assessments across enterprise platforms.
• Develop baseline capacity and utilisation profiles.
• Analyse CPU, memory, storage, and network consumption trends.
• Deliver capacity planning recommendations and implementation plans.
• Coordinate with technical and business stakeholders to validate demand forecasts.
• Support governance, reporting, change management, and benefit realisation activities.
• Establish and maintain repeatable capacity management processes.
