Job summary

Interflow in Sydney, NSW invites an experienced Industrial Engineer - Scheduling to join our project delivery team. You will develop, maintain, and optimise schedules for major water infrastructure projects from our Girraween office, liaising with managers, delivery teams and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires 7+ years in project programming, a relevant Engineering degree, strong Primavera P6 and cost-loading skills, plus solid MS Office use.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ project programming experience in construction or infrastructure.
• Relevant Engineering qualification (Industrial or Civil).
• Strong Primavera P6 and project cost-loading experience.
• Proficient in MS Office; InEight experience desirable.
• Strong stakeholder communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of water/infrastructure delivery and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and optimise project schedules.
• Ensure programmes align with objectives, milestones, resources and delivery requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, pre-delivery managers, delivery teams and stakeholders to provide scheduling information and identify risks.
• Communicate scheduling information clearly to a wide range of stakeholders.
