Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN) is seeking a Senior Improvement Partner to advance Safe and Connected practices across CALHN. You will partner with leaders and frontline teams to embed improvements, guide complex service challenges, and coach teams through the improvement process.

This ASO7 role offers full-time opportunities across CALHN sites, with salary of AU$116,089 to AU$125,490 plus super and salary packaging, and a supportive, multidisciplinary environment focused on

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in improvement science and/or applying recognised improvement approaches, such as Lean, Lean Six Sigma, the Model for Improvement or other improvement science approaches.
• Project experience may be valuable, but this is an improvement role rather than a traditional project management role.

• Partner with leaders and teams to embed Safe and Connected in everyday ways of working
• Lead improvement across diverse and complex services
• Work alongside teams to understand and solve service challenges
• Coach teams through structured improvement and problem-solving
• Facilitate workshops and improvement activities
• Use data to understand performance and guide improvement
• Build improvement capability and ownership within teams
• Apply improvement methods and tools to support sustainable improvement
• Share learning and insights to strengthen continuous improvement and the ongoing evolution of Safe and Connected
