Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking a Senior Security Principal – Identity Security to join its global Cyber Security team as a senior technical authority.

You will shape KBR's identity security strategy, establish standards, roadmaps and lead hands-on work across Entra ID, AD, hybrid identity and authentication services. You will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver secure identity solutions, strengthen access controls and reduce risk in large-scale, regulated environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IAM/Identity security/cyber security engineering or security architecture.
• Experience designing and supporting enterprise IAM in large environments.
• Leading identity security initiatives or enterprise transformation projects.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, AD and hybrid identity.
• Experience with PAM, Conditional Access and modern authentication technologies.
• Knowledge of PKI, certificate services and identity security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technical authority for enterprise identity security architecture, engineering and governance.
• Define and drive enterprise identity security strategy, standards, architectures and roadmaps.
• Lead design/implementation of Entra ID, AD, hybrid identity and authentication services.
• Strengthen IAM capabilities (CA, MFA, passwordless, PIM, RBAC, least privilege).
• Establish identity governance, lifecycle management and privileged access controls.
• Oversee application identity, federation, SSO, workload identities and certificate services.
• Collaborate with cyber security, cloud, infra and apps teams to deliver identity solutions.
• Lead identity security initiatives including tenant migrations and cloud transformation.
• Improve threat detection, monitoring and incident response using Microsoft security tools.
• Mentor teams and advise senior stakeholders on identity security risk and best practices.
