Job summary

Tech Mahindra in Sydney is seeking an ICT Senior Tech Business Analyst who can translate complex business needs into clear IT requirements and drive delivery across multiple projects. The role requires deep telecom domain experience, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to document processes and facilitate workshops with cross-functional teams.

You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment with program objectives, and you will lead

Qualifications

15+ years' IT experience
5+ years' telecom domain experience
Strong understanding of Telco business and processes
Experience documenting processes and requirements clearly for technical and non-technical stakeholders
Facilitation skills to lead requirements elicitation workshops and present project information

Responsibilities

Engage with business stakeholders to understand new requirements and expectations.
Document requirements clearly for both technical and non-technical teams.
Validate requirements with stakeholders to align with program objectives.
Bridge communication between business and technical teams to ensure shared understanding of goals.
Provide monitoring and reporting on project delivery to senior leadership.
Manage multiple projects and escalations under pressure.
Conduct preliminary analysis to validate business needs and estimate effort.
