Job summary

Face2face is seeking an experienced APS6 Project Officer to coordinate activities within a complex ICT program in Melbourne. You will work closely with project leadership and multidisciplinary teams to maintain progress visibility, manage dependencies and address issues.

This role emphasizes governance, reporting, stakeholder engagement and documentation, with responsibility for keeping schedules and artefacts up to date.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting ICT or digital projects in a complex environment.
• Strong coordination across multiple workstreams and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for governance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ICT project activities, plans and schedules against priorities and milestones.
• Maintain project artefacts, including action, risk and issue registers, decision logs and delivery records.
• Monitor deliverables and dependencies, escalating risks or delays as needed.
• Coordinate governance meetings, prepare agendas, minutes and status reports.
• Gather information from technical and business teams to support accurate reporting.
• Build relationships across multidisciplinary delivery teams and stakeholders.
• Facilitate stakeholder input to support issue resolution and project progress.
• Prepare briefs, correspondence and project documentation for varied audiences.
• Support prioritisation, planning and oversight of resourcing needs and interdependencies.
• Contribute to improving project processes, templates, tools and ways of working.
