Job summary

Australian Institute for Teaching and School Leadership (AITSL) in Melbourne is seeking a senior ICT leader to shape our technology strategy, oversee ICT services and cyber security, and support secure, reliable systems across the organisation.

Reporting to the CFO and General Operations Manager, the ICT Principal will provide strategic guidance, manage our MSP and technology partners, and drive governance, risk management and security improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in ICT management and security
• Strong knowledge of Azure cloud, Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
• Experience in cyber security, governance and risk management
• Experience managing ICT vendors, contracts and budgets

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and ongoing development of ICT strategy and roadmap
• Oversee ICT services, system performance and security controls
• Manage MSPs and technology vendors to ensure value for money
• Strengthen cyber security, governance, policy development and reporting
• Collaborate with Digital team to support shared infrastructure and dependencies
• Provide strategic ICT advice to senior leadership and business units
• Manage ICT budgets, procurement and licensing
