Job summary

ADP Consulting in Sydney seeks a Senior Engineer | ICT to lead complex ICT projects across commercial, healthcare, DataCentre, education and retail sectors. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative ICT solutions aligned with business goals.

The role requires a tertiary engineering degree and 4-6 years of Australian ICT consulting experience, with leadership experience preferred.

Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification in engineering.
• 4-6 years of Australian industry experience in ICT consulting with a track record of delivering complex ICT projects.
• Strong understanding of passive communications infrastructure design and related Australian Standards and Building Codes.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, a collaborative mindset and strong communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver ICT solutions that align with business objectives.
• Design and manage complex ICT systems including passive infrastructure, network design, IoT and system integration.
• Lead risk assessments and technical reviews to ensure safe, efficient and compliant designs.
• Engage with clients to understand needs and provide innovative solutions meeting project goals and user experience.
• Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering technical growth and a collaborative work environment.
