Job summary

ADP Consulting in Adelaide seeks a Senior Associate Electrical Engineer to lead diverse electrical design projects from concept through construction. You will coordinate with architects, other disciplines and contractors while maintaining quality and schedule.

You will mentor junior engineers and contribute to building a strong Adelaide team, with client liaison and confident representation on site and in meetings.

Qualifications

• Strong background in electrical services design for building services consulting.
• Proven ability to lead projects end-to-end and manage design programs.
• Experience mentoring or coaching junior engineers.
• Sound knowledge of Australian Standards, NCC and SA regulatory requirements.
• Excellent client liaison skills and confident on site.
• Tertiary qualification in electrical engineering; working towards or holding SA registration.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery of electrical engineering projects from concept to construction.
• Manage design outputs and schedules; coordinate with architects and other disciplines.
• Coordinate with contractors and maintain project quality and timeline.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to office capability and culture.
• Represent ADP on site and in client meetings with confidence.
• Maintain compliance with Australian standards and project requirements.
