AECOM is seeking an experienced hydrogeologist to deliver groundwater investigations and robust groundwater solutions for major projects across Western Australia, while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. The role supports the WA team and may involve fieldwork, office-based modeling, and regulatory documentation.

This position requires 5+ years in hydrogeology with strong reporting, project coordination, and mentoring abilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hydrogeological investigations and groundwater assessments.
• Strong capability in hydrogeological conceptualisation, drilling oversight, aquifer testing and groundwater monitoring.
• Experience managing projects or technical workstreams with Budgets and schedules.
• Ability to prepare high-quality technical reports and proposals.
• Ability to mentor junior hydrogeologists and work with multidisciplinary teams.
• Tertiary qualification in Hydrogeology/Geology/Earth Science and a manual driver''s licence.

Responsabilités

• Plan, coordinate and deliver hydrogeological investigations and groundwater studies across WA projects.
• Lead field programs including drilling oversight, aquifer testing and sampling with health, safety and quality focus.
• Develop conceptual hydrogeological models and prepare groundwater assessments, regulatory documentation and proposals.
• Manage defined projects or technical workstreams with resources, budgets and timelines.
• Build relationships with clients, regulators and multidisciplinary teams while guiding junior staff.
