Plug Power, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Project Manager, Hydrogen Systems to lead engineering, construction and commissioning projects at customer sites in Australia.

You will own schedule, budget and quality, coordinating internal teams and external partners. The role requires a mechanical/electrical/process engineering background, 10+ years in project-based roles, PMP/IPMA preferred, and ability to travel up to 80% within Australia. You will mentor others and help implement PM processes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in engineering: mechanical, electrical, process industry or other applicable field of study.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) or IPMA certification highly preferred.
• A minimum of ten (10) years working experience in project-based engineering functions.

Aufgaben

• Lead hydrogen system projects from planning to execution at customer sites.
• Set up execution plans, schedules, cost control and risk management.
• Coordinate internal and external engineering, EPCs, installers, and commissioning teams.
• Mentor junior project managers and improve PM processes.
• Ensure safety, quality, budget, and timeline commitments.
