Job summary

AECOM in Sydney seeks a Senior Hydraulic Engineer for building services design and project delivery. You will lead hydraulic concepts, produce drawings, reports, and documentation, and support planning, coordination, and site surveys.

The role requires 5–10 years in hydraulic engineering, degree in hydraulic engineering, AS 3500 knowledge, and strong communication and organisational skills. Open to hybrid work arrangements and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of relevant hydraulic engineering experience.
• Degree or diploma in Hydraulic Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of Australian Standards, particularly AS 3500.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Strong technical, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver quality engineering outcomes.
• Previous experience in project leadership or mentoring is advantageous.
