Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking a Senior Hydraulic Engineer to join our Buildings and Infrastructure team.

Lead hydraulic design for potable water, wastewater, stormwater, medical and industrial gas systems on major projects across NSW, VIC, SA and WA, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver practical engineering solutions. You will provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, ensure compliance with local standards, and help drive innovation through digital engineering and

Qualifications

• Design experience with knowledge of local industry standards and codes across buildings, infrastructure or defence projects.
• Substantial engineering design experience, ideally in a consultancy environment.
• Proven ability to work in engineering teams and manage projects to scope, budget and program.
• Advanced skills with Revit are preferred.
• Hydraulic accreditation or eligibility to apply for accreditation.
• Full Australian Working Rights and ability to possess Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design and coordinate hydraulic systems including potable water, wastewater, stormwater, medical and industrial gases, and liquid fuel systems.
• Lead technical delivery and mentor designers and developing engineers.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects across Defence, buildings and infrastructure sectors.
