Job summary

Acor Consultants Pty Ltd. is looking for a Project Management Intern to help coordinate and drive projects across supply chain, marketing, IT (ERP rollout), and logistics.

This hands-on role suits someone who enjoys variety and can manage several moving pieces while gaining end-to-end exposure to how a retail business operates. You will work on-site in Alexandria, NSW, with responsibilities across four areas and a focus on proactive participation, organisation, and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Must be currently studying business, supply chain, engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to get involved across different parts of the business.

Responsibilities

Project Management Intern

About the Role

We're looking for a Project Management Intern who can help coordinate and drive forward projects across four key areas of the business: supply chain, marketing, IT (including a new ERP implementation), and logistics.

This is a hands-on, cross-functional role suited to someone who enjoys variety, can manage several moving pieces at once, and wants exposure to how a retail business actually operates end-to-end - not just one narrow function.

Requirements

• Supply Chain Support the planning, tracking, and delivery of supply chain improvement projects, working with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve bottlenecks.
• Marketing Assist with coordinating and executing marketing campaigns, and help track and report on performance across the brands.
• IT - New ERP Implementation Support the rollout of a new ERP system, including testing and documentation, and help track timelines and flag risks early.
• Logistics Support projects aimed at improving delivery times, cost, and reliability, coordinating between warehouse, freight partners, and customer-facing teams.

About You

• Highly organised, with the ability to manage your own workload across several concurrent projects.
• An analytical mindset, comfortable working with data and turning it into clear, actionable insight.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• A proactive, hands-on attitude and willingness to get involved across different parts of the business.
• Currently studying business, supply chain, engineering, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
