Job summary

CPP is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to lead the WA site delivery of 330kV substations for major renewable energy projects. The role starts in the Perth office for setup, then transitions to site approximately two hours north of Perth with a flexible DIDO roster.

You will manage day-to-day site activities, lead site teams and subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery while coordinating with project managers, engineers and client representatives.

Qualifications

• Experienced Site Manager with HV substation construction and grid connection experience.
• Strong safety leadership and risk management.
• Proven ability to lead frontline teams, subcontractors and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day site delivery of 330kV substation works for major renewables projects.
• Provide strong leadership to site teams and subcontractors while ensuring safety, quality and schedule.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, suppliers and client representatives.
• Manage site meetings, progress reporting and QA documentation.
