Job summary

Bradman Carbon & Renewable Energy is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of major HV electrical infrastructure projects across Australia. You will own scope, schedule, budget and safety, ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes for Renewable Energy clients.

The role requires strong leadership, civil and electrical understanding, and familiarity with industry standards. Prior experience with HV substations and tier-1 contractors is highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Experience in the electrical construction industry, across substations, utilities, industrial or mining infrastructure with proven experience in Project Management delivering complex electrical infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Managing project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks and reporting requirements.
• Overseeing design documentation, drawings, technical deliverables and project records.
• Ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with client specifications, job plans and internal requirements.
• Monitoring project KPIs including safety, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Mentorship and guidance of project personnel to support capability, accountability and delivery outcomes.
