Job summary

St Francis Xavier College in Canberra invites applications for a Coordinator who will lead curriculum, teaching and learning and provide guidance to staff and students to support a culture of excellence. The role requires experienced leadership in curriculum and a vision for innovative educational practice within a Catholic context.

You will join the Curriculum Leadership team, reporting to the Assistant Principal Curriculum and Innovation and the Principal, and contribute to strategic direction

Qualifications

Bachelor of Teaching or Master of Teaching is required.
WWVP clearance required.
TQI registration required.
Accreditation in accordance with Work Teach and Lead in Catholic Education Canberra and Goulburn policy.

Responsibilities

Provide staff and student support and advice in teaching and learning.
Lead curriculum, teaching and learning across junior and senior studies.
Utilise best practice from current research and evidence to meet all learners’ needs.
As part of Curriculum Leadership, report to Assistant Principal Curriculum and Innovation and to the Principal.
