Job summary

Georgiou, now proudly part of STRABAG SE, invites a Senior Health and Safety Advisor to join our civil and engineering teams for the Wave Stage 1 Brownfield package at Beerwah. You will drive HSE compliance on heavy rail upgrades and major station works, coordinating with stakeholders and the North Coast Line integration.

Qualifications

• 6+ years' experience in health and safety on major civil infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated leadership within a team and on projects.
• Experience with safety systems and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to develop strong relationships for HSE system implementation.
• Ensure project teams are trained to perform HSE responsibilities and comply with internal standards.
• Prepare toolbox talks and HSE pre-start content.
• Implement improvements and strategies in response to HSE changes.
• Maintain and develop Georgiou’s HSE systems.
• Foster a positive safety attitude across the business.
