Job summary

Randstad HR Partners in the north-west region of Sydney seeks an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (Senior HRBP) to deliver strategic and operational HR solutions across a multi-site, heavy industry environment.

The successful candidate will have strong heavy industry employee relations and industrial relations experience, be comfortable with enterprise bargaining negotiations, and travel regularly within NSW to support sites in the Southern Highlands.

Qualifications

  • Approximately 6 years of HR generalist experience in a similar, multi-site organisation with blue-collar exposure.
  • Strong stakeholder management with proven employee and industrial relations experience.
  • Experience leading Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBAs) negotiations would be ideal.
  • Willingness to travel intrastate and interstate and reside near the Southern Highlands.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to deliver strategic HR solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Establish relationships with key stakeholders and provide strategic and operational HR support.
  • Lead and advise on ER/IR matters, case management and change initiatives.
  • Partner with site leaders on performance, recruitment, remuneration and organisational effectiveness.
  • Support EA/EBA negotiations end-to-end and union negotiations.
  • Assist with restructures, transformations and M&As as needed.
  • Drive on-site partnership with senior leaders across locations.
