Job summary

Based in Orange, Parramatta or Goulburn with a hybrid model (2–3 days in-office). Ongoing full-time appointment with a salary range of $154,231 to $178,369 plus super.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in HR, payroll or shared services.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Experience resolving complex payroll and HR service issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex payroll and HR service enquiries and escalations.
• Build relationships with internal/external stakeholders to optimise delivery.
• Analyse service performance data and translate insights into improvements.
• Drive customer-focused initiatives to improve service quality and outcomes.
• Develop knowledge resources to support operations and guidance materials.
• Lead continuous improvement and change initiatives across HR/payroll support.
• Coach and develop the team to sustain a high-performing, customer-focused culture.
