Job summary

Vinarchy is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to drive people strategy in our site-based operations in Berri, SA. You will partner with senior leaders, lead a small HR team and provide expert advisory across workforce planning, employee relations and remuneration.

You will bring extensive HR generalist experience in manufacturing, a strong knowledge of Australian employment law, and a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders while shaping organisation design and culture initiatives.

Qualifications

• Significant HR generalist experience in a complex operational, manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, industrial relations and Australian employment legislation.
• Experience managing complex workplace matters and supporting organisational change.
• Demonstrated ability to influence, coach and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate people insights into practical outcomes.
• Effective negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with HR systems and people reporting tools.
• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Employment Relations or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to develop and implement people strategies aligned to business objectives.
• Provide expert advice on employee relations, industrial relations and employment legislation.
• Lead complex employee matters including performance, conduct, grievance and workplace investigations.
• Support enterprise agreement interpretation, consultation processes and union engagement.
• Drive organisational design, workforce planning and change management initiatives.
• Coach and develop leaders to enhance capability, performance and employee engagement.
• Use people data and insights to identify trends and recommend business improvements.
• Contribute to HR projects, policy development and continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.
