Job summary

HR Partners is seeking a senior HR business partner to influence strategic outcomes across P&C and business units in Sydney. You will partner with senior leaders to drive performance, capability uplift, and cultural alignment while navigating organisational change.

Reporting to the General Manager P&C Business Partnering, the role focuses on strategic partnering, workforce design, change management, and coaching leaders across levels.

Qualifications

• Senior HR business partner with experience in dynamic environments.
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment law.
• Ability to translate data into people strategies.

Responsibilities

• Nurture collaborations across P&C and leadership to align people strategies with enterprise goals.
• Co-design workforce structures and foster capability growth with the People Transformation team.
• Deliver tailored HR solutions in harmony with P&C Centres of Excellence.
• Build high-trust relationships with the SLT and business units to guide decisions and drive change.
