Associate Director - Business Partnering

Reporting directly to the General Manager P&C Business Partnering, in this role, you will influence strategic outcomes, manage organisational change, and develop and drive future-fit workforce designs. Key activities center on strategic partnering, change management, workforce design, and coaching leaders across all levels to navigate performance, capability uplift, and cultural alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Nurture deep, collaborative partnerships across P&C and leadership to weave enterprise goals into meaningful people strategies.


• Co-design forward-thinking workforce structures and foster capability growth alongside the People Transformation team.


• Support and cultivate tailored, business-wide HR solutions in close harmony with P&C Centres of Excellence.


• Build authentic, high-trust relationships with the SLT and business units to guide decisions and gently champion transformational change.

To succeed, you will navigate complex change initiatives, foster a leader-led culture, and balance business unit priorities while partnering with P&C Centres of Excellence to deliver scalable talent, performance, and D&I solutions.
