Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive senior HR experience in mining or heavy industry.
• Proven ability to partner with site leadership to drive performance and culture.
• Strong capability in employee relations, change and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational HR support to site leadership teams.
• Coach and develop leaders to enhance capability and engagement.
• Influence business leaders on complex people matters and change initiatives.
• Manage complex employee relations investigations and case management.
• Design and implement workforce and people initiatives aligned to objectives.
• Drive succession, talent and leadership development programs.
• Collaborate across site and corporate functions to ensure consistent practices.
• Support contractor management and workforce planning.
