Job summary

PerformHR is expanding its team in Australia and seeking an Associate HR Partner to support the full HR lifecycle for client accounts. The role offers hybrid flexibility, working from our Sydney office, from home, and on client sites, with opportunities in Brisbane, QLD.

You will handle day-to-day HR activities, advise on employment relations, and build strong relationships with stakeholders to drive people initiatives that align with business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years HR administration or generalist experience.
• Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations and offboarding.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related discipline.
• 3+ years HR generalist experience.
• Strong Employee Relations experience.
• Proven ability to independently manage client relationships.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, Commerce, Law or a related discipline.

Associate HR Partner

• Approximately 2+ years' HR administration or generalist experience
• Working knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations and offboarding
• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related discipline
• 3+ years' HR generalist experience
• Strong Employee Relations experience
• Proven ability to independently manage client relationships
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, Commerce, Law or a related discipline
