Job summary

Inspired Education Group in Sydney is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to deliver proactive, customer-focused HR support across its Reddam House and Early Learning schools. You will partner with Principals and managers to provide practical guidance across the employee lifecycle and ensure compliant, positive employee experiences.

The role includes managing employee relations, supporting recruitment and payroll during peak periods, and contributing to HR initiatives and projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Experience in HR advisory/generalist roles with employee relations.
• Payroll experience and data management.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive HR guidance to school leaders and staff across campuses.
• Manage employee relations, investigations, performance, grievances and disciplinary processes.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning.
• Oversee payroll support during peak periods and leave fluctuations.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and organisational policies.
