Summary

You will work within a business partnering model, handling complex HR cases, assisting managers with organisational changes and TUPE processes, and contributing to strategic workforce initiatives.

Requirements:

• Experience in supporting organisational change, restructuring and TUPE activities.
  
• Degree-level education or equivalent relevant experience.
  
• CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent professional experience; CIPD Level 7 qualification is desirable.
  
• Must have a valid driving licence.
