Job summary

Avivo in Perth, Western Australia, seeks a Senior HR Advisor to lead the HR Advisory function and provide expert HR, Employee Relations and Industrial Relations guidance to the leadership team.

Reporting to the HR Lead, you will partner with leaders, influence workforce initiatives and develop the team while delivering practical HR solutions and strategic advice. Flexible work arrangements including remote options are available.

Qualifications

• Strong HR generalist, employee relations and industrial relations experience.
• Experience managing complex people matters and workplace investigations.
• People leadership and ability to coach and develop others.
• Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practice.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and problem-solving skills.
• A relevant tertiary qualification in HR, ER or related discipline

We're looking for a Senior HR Advisor to play a key leadership role within our People Team. Reporting to the HR Lead you'll provide expert HR, Employee Relations and Industrial Relations advice while leading the day-to-day operations of our HR Advisory function. This is an opportunity to influence meaningful people outcomes, develop team capability and contribute to workforce initiatives that support the future of Avivo.

What you'll be doing:

As a trusted partner to leaders across Avivo, you'll provide practical, commercially balanced advice while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and organizational policy. You'll also:
