Department of Families, Fairness & Housing VIC in Melbourne seeks a Senior Project Manager - Development Partnerships to advance social and affordable housing through partnerships with Community Housing Providers, developers and builders.

You will identify potential development sites, assess feasibility, manage land transactions and risk, and maintain stakeholder relationships to deliver projects under multiple contracting arrangements.

Formación

• Expertise in property analysis and redevelopment feasibility.
• Proven stakeholder engagement with government landholding agencies.
• Strong project management with attention to detail and record keeping.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic analysis and advice to develop the property portfolio pipeline in the short, medium and long term, including funding and approval requirements
• Be responsible for the performance of development partners with respect to existing and new agreements and their required deliverables with key stakeholders including Housing Australia
• Be responsible for reporting progress through various formats and to various stakeholders and tailoring the reporting style to suit the respective audiences and escalating any risks before they become issues.
