Job summary

Powertech in Perth WA is seeking Field Service Engineers to lead or support installation, maintenance and repair of equipment. Roles may be home-based or site-based with travel and occasional after-hours work, across multiple employers and sectors.

You will diagnose issues, perform preventative maintenance, document service reports, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance. Travel and independent work are required.

Qualifications

• Relevant technical or engineering qualification or substantial equivalent experience.
• Experience in field service, repair, maintenance or installation.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to travel as required and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site service, diagnostics and repair for equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and service planning.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to schedule work.
• Prepare service reports and documentation.
• Support installation, commissioning and testing activities.
• Maintain safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
