With 10+ years in high-performance sport, you will build strong stakeholder relationships, manage multi-disciplinary teams, and champion integrity and wellbeing in pursuit of world-class results.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years' experience in elite sport development and coaching programs.
• Experience building relationships with key stakeholders and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong strategic planning, systems thinking and performance measurement skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across partnerships and programs.
• Lead planning, reporting, and performance monitoring of sport initiatives.
• Foster high-performance culture and athlete wellbeing across NSWIS.
• Oversee talent initiatives including the Para Unit and pathways.
