Job summary

Amida Group in Sydney is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead health infrastructure projects from design through to delivery. You will manage client relations, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure successful project outcomes across a robust portfolio in health, education and government sectors.

Ideal candidates have 8–15+ years in the construction industry, with strong Excel and communication skills, and a track record in health-related projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in construction project management, with health or government sector exposure.
• Experience delivering health infrastructure projects is advantageous.
• Strong client management, planning and procurement capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Client management and consultation.
• Project Planning/Feasibility studies.
• Design Management.
• Liaison with authorities for DA submission.
• Design Management and Value Engineering.
• Procurement of construction services.
• Cost control and cost reporting and superintendent of construction delivery.
• Commissioning and post-contract duties for handover.
• Oversight and delivery of the project.
