Job summary

Qualifications

• Significant experience in health facility planning.
• Strong knowledge of AusHFG (Australasian Health Facility Guidelines).
• Ability to influence planning decisions and balance stakeholder priorities across major capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert health facility planning advice to align designs with clinical, operational and spatial requirements.
• Navigate complex design challenges and support safe, efficient and sustainable patient care across major capital projects.
• Drive continuous improvement and design standardisation across the NSW Health capital portfolio.
• Contribute to statewide facility planning initiatives including benchmarking and guidance development.
• Influence design quality and consistency through AusHFG competencies and cross‑agency collaboration.
