Job summary

NSW Health Infrastructure in Sydney CBD NSW is seeking a Senior Sustainability Officer to join the Sustainability Team. You will embed sustainability practices across planning, design and delivery of health infrastructure projects, providing specialist, evidence-based advice, and applying Green Star requirements to projects.

You will work across a diverse capital portfolio, collaborate with stakeholders, develop guidance, and use data to drive continuous improvement and informed project

Qualifications

• Senior sustainability professional with technical delivery skills.
• Experience applying Green Star or comparable rating tools in infrastructure or built environment.
• Ability to analyse complex information and provide evidence-based recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist, evidence-based advice to project teams.
• Facilitate application of Green Star and other sustainability requirements.
• Identify risks and opportunities; translate policy and industry practice into project responses.
