Job summary

Health Infrastructure is seeking a Lead, Health Facility Planning to shape healthcare environments across the capital program. You will bring clinical, operational and spatial planning expertise to ensure facilities support safe, efficient and sustainable patient care.

You will work with project teams, NSW Health and industry partners to provide expert planning advice and drive design standardisation. Applicants must reside in NSW or be willing to relocate.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in health facility planning.
• Demonstrated understanding of AusHFG and its application.
• Ability to advise on complex planning and design issues.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Shape healthcare environments across Health Infrastructure's capital program.
• Provide expert facility planning advice to project teams, NSW Health and partners.
• Navigate complex design challenges and drive continuous improvement and standardisation.
• Contribute to statewide planning initiatives and development of planning guidance.
