Job summary

NSW Health is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead end-to-end initiatives within the State ODS Program. The role focuses on analysis, design and delivery of data-driven enterprise applications, including AI-enabled workflows, across NSW Health.

You will engage MOH, Local Health Districts and external partners to define requirements, develop artefacts and ensure quality, safety and timeliness of delivery.

Qualifications

• Five+ years as Senior Business Analyst in a large health or regulated environment.
• Knowledge of Non-Emergency Patient Transport and inter-hospital transfer processes.
• Experience with CAD or Task Management Systems integration.
• Experience eliciting complex needs and producing requirements, user stories and specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis and design of enterprise applications using real-time data.
• Coordinate with MOH, LHDs, eHealth NSW and others to identify requirements.
• Produce SOWs, BRDs, FDS, process maps, test cases and data dictionaries.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and governance.
