Job summary

Workday in Australia is seeking experienced HR technology professionals to join our Success Plans Delivery Team. You will help customers maximize value from Workday deployments, focusing on post go-live support, optimization, and feature adoption across multiple clients.

The role emphasizes strong communication, collaboration with engagement managers, and the ability to manage multiple engagements while delivering high customer satisfaction and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HCM software support or consulting on medium/large HRIS projects.
• 5+ years of HCM systems including Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, and/or JD Edwards.
• 5+ years of Core HCM, Security, and/or Compensation experience.
• 5+ years of Workday consulting experience or as a Workday SME.
• Ability to obtain, hold and maintain required security clearances.
• Experience with influencing, senior leaders and leading design meetings.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

• Collaborate with Engagement Manager to deliver services.
• Deliver additional services across engagements.
