Workday HCM Success Plans Consultant

Job summary

Workday is seeking experienced professionals to join our Success Plans Delivery Team, helping customers maximize value from Workday products. You will guide customers through post go-live journeys, deliver feature deployments, and ensure long-term success across multiple clients.

We value strong communication, collaboration, and the ability to translate complex HR concepts into actionable configurations. Travel up to 10% may be required as projects scale globally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Human Capital Management software support or consulting on medium or large enterprise HRIS projects
• 5+ years of experience with HCM systems including but not limited to Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, and/or JD Edwards
• 5+ years of Workday Consulting experience or experience as a Workday SME
• Ability to obtain, hold and maintain a security clearance to the required level, is a plus
• Demonstrates a solid grasp of HR related systems and processes. Able to gain a detailed understanding of Workday concepts and new feature releases
• Certified or ability to certify in Workday HCM products and to effectively deploy the solutions
• Experience with influencing, interacting and collaborating with senior leaders, internally and externally
• Bachelor’s degree or related experience required
• Ability to travel up to 10%

• Share their broad experience with industry practices
• Adapt and succeed independently in challenging situations
• Develop and demonstrate system configuration solutions, articulating product capabilities, plus the benefits and risks of design decisions
• Support multiple customers concurrently on short duration projects
• Enjoy helping customers to be more self-sufficient and to learn about new features
• Share expertise with customers on Ask-an-Expert requests: research questions, provide guidance and troubleshooting
• Partner with an Engagement Manager to deliver services like Feature Adoption Workshops, Tenant Reviews, Health Checks
• Deliver additional services such as Collaboration Crews, Accelerator Webinars, Feature Adoption Tenant Reviews
