Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in mechanical design for high-volume products or complex electromechanical systems.
• Expertise solving novel, loosely defined technical problems.
• Experience driving technical direction and mentoring engineers.
• Experience across the full product lifecycle from architecture to manufacturing.
• Experience creating and executing technical roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own the mechanical architecture for key initiatives and lead design of components and full systems.
• Identify and solve long-term, ambiguous problems influencing strategy.
• Act as a technical leader and mentor across multiple teams.
• Drive investments in engineering craft and establish best practices.
• Develop novel approaches for undefined problems aligned with organizational goals.
